Default New Owner of FZ35

I'm a new owner of Fz35 and been reading this forum like 4 mos. before buying the camera. Just came from a zoo and shoot photos. I'm a newbie on this kind of camera but just used the P mode as it was suggested here.

Sorry but I'm trying to figure out how to do this.How could I reduce my file size which is permitted. I have no editing software installed on my PC.

I just use paint to reduce the size of the picture using skew/stretch to 25%.And all the picture I think use zooming on it. I'm newbie on taking picture because before I don't mind what the picture looks like. Here we go:
