I have a question regarding close-up lenses. I notice that the DMW-LC55 is 55mm threaded, that requires the lens converter to use it. Is there an issue with using a 46mm close-up lens that directly screws onto the lens?

Well, I would say focusing could be an issue as both of the Converters Panasonic designed were with an Adapter and are stationary the LT-55 and LC-55, so I can't say in all honesty, but it would probably limit your range of zoom or even eliminate it completely?

Damn, I just ordered a set of Tiffen 46mm close up lenses. I guess I'll see for myself.
