WOW! How close were you to the bee? My ZS7 will be coming from Amazon tomorrow. Any helpful hints would be appreciated!

Thanks for the kind comments...remember you all have helped me get these...truly I never understoos photography until I came here with some humble people to help an ole country boy that is simple minded be able to shoot a few photographs...I am amazed at the things I have learned it has opened up a whole new world of photography to me...wait till I go on another cruise I am going o get some great shots if the wife don't throw me overboard...lol..

I don't know how close I was? I wasn't expecting anythin great from the ZS7 when I did this and I was just trying it out! So I am as surprised as everyone here...I keep hearing people worried about the ZS7's abilities and I keep posting these shots so they can give them selves some confidence that their money is well spent...I really can't find anything at fault with it...it is a wonderful camera...any shots that are problematic I have traced them back to the loose nut behind the camera...lol...I think it is every bit as good as the ZS3 and better with all the settings to choose from and also the POWER OIS...to me the price is just about right at $300 for what Panasonic is giving us...it's a good deal for me...my wife complained till she saw these photos now she is really liking the ZS7 as she was always wanting additional zoom at times and didn't have it...so it will work well for her...

Now you're talking. These are real close ups. The detail is amazing.

I love them all. Great job.

Please stop posting these photos. Too many people are ordering the camera from
Amazon, depleting their stock and driving the price up. LOL
I really want to get one.

Impressive images. I wonder what the reviewers mean by IQ not being as good as the ZS3?!?
