Just got my replacement back. Its a factory refurb which i dont think is right since it was broke right out of the box. I contacted the seller but they wouldnt do anything and said to contact Panasonic. One drawback from buying from a seller on ebay.

Anyway Panasonic sent a zr3 back so i guess i got an upgrade. Not really sure what features that the zr3 has over the zr1 that I will use. I bought this camera to purely be a p&s for the wife.
