Actually, you can stack them up. However, two thing most likely will happen: 1) IQ will deteriorate as light passes through two (or more) layers of glasses, and 2) you may start experiencing vignetting (corner darkness) when shooting WA. So, you might want to experiment. If your filters are good quality (multi-coated), you may experience less image degradation but you will still have vignetting.
