So, I'm standing there pumping gas at Costco and right next to me are these beauties! Out comes the Panny... click!

Really nice Gary...that's why we bought the ZS camera for shots like this! It is easy to carry and get shots we normally wouldn't get with a large DSLR....the light was a bit harsh but still nice shots...well done...

Thanks very much. I agree... the light was brutal and I tried for an angle to lessen it a bit but then the pumps would have screwed up the shots.

One thing to remember about cameras and gasoline, is these cameras are not intrinsically safe! Although I snap mine around the oilfield out here quite a bit discretionally...here in Nigeria they call a photo a "snap" so they will come up to you and ask for a "snap" which means "take my photo"...lol

Considering the harsh light, you got two very good photos. #2 is my favorite.
