Thanks Greg looks awesome...can't wait...sure wished I could get the size of the threads inside the lens barrel to see if i can adapt the TC-E17ED to it? Panny Techs would not give up the info?

Greg-

It is nice to see some user reviews finally popping up on the FZ-40/45. However, I would still like to see more higher ISO settings shots. Those three sample shots were taken at ISO 100.

Agreed Sarah, I'll keep my eyes peeled :-)

From a purely statistical analysis, it would seem that this cameras only downsides to the FZ35/8, are the slower burst rates, the size and weight, and the Pinocchio lens. If IQ is up to scratch, it may be quite an exciting camera! 50x EZ Zoom!!!
