Default please critique this shot

Is this in focus? Is it sharp? Somehow my pics look better on my monitor but not when I post pic on forum, whats going on here?

Please help new-guy. Thanks. FZ35.

That could be a problem with the forum crunching your photo as the board have very strong compression of photos. What you can do it link or embed it from a photoshearing site like flickr or photobucket. That way you get a better results when posting it here.

the shot is pretty good, i would have included the wings though. and i think the focus is actually on the stick where the legs meet it and not the eyes, thats why the eyes arent exactdly perfectly sharp, but close enough that it isnt too noticeable.

The pics look very good to me on my puter,lot more detail. Maybe Im missing a step.

Shots are great - I think I got slimed by Jabba the snail!!

Try Picasa's web albums. Then you can drag and drop larger pictures to the posting. In Picasa you can set the upload file size.
Then open 2 tabs (1 - your post message - 2 - your picture in the online web album) then drag and drop the picture into the posting area.
