Default New Friend

I found another green tree frog at the cement pond - he was more nervous than his cousin.

He kept trying to hide from me.

Very well done, Clint-

You and the FZ-40 make a great combination.

Very nice! I'm jealous. I live in the middle of the desert (So Cal) and rarely see frogs, only occasional toads (they are not as cute).

Do you have any horned toads? I used to catch them as a kid and keep them in a box in my room. Feed them crickets.

Yes, they tell me that we have lots of horned lizards but I've never seen one, and I have very good eyes for critters!! We have lots of scorpions, rattlers, alligator lizards and tarantulas, but they usually show up when I'm nowhere close to my camera!
