FZ100 owners may want to know about this individual's recent experience/findings

http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/re...ssage=36513027

and as one user states, "Thanks for the tip about using aperture- priority. I am giving myself a C- with manual focusing using the rear wheel. Not easy so far. A little more practice. But the camera is so much fun to use especially the creative shots which allows you to make small changes in the aperture using the rear wheel. The options are there waiting to be discovered".

I had seen this, but I also noted that the accompanying photos are all macros. Seems to me that all of the macros to date that I've seen from the fz100 look pretty darned good my own included (though now I've said that I'm sure someone will show me how wrong I am!) Guess now in my own learning I'd pretty read up about when I would want to select a particular apeture.

Actually, a recent discovery for me was that even with old FZ7, I feel that Ive gotten some of the best macros when using manual modes (versus macro option via selector knob).
