Default FZ35 users do you get a blue line on lcd?

I'm wondering if you ever get a blue vertical line on your LCD when pointing camera a bit towards a light source because I just did. I wonder if my camera is defective.

Completely normal. It doesn't show up on the final photograph.

Normal and a 'feature' of the CCD sensor, you won't get it in stills but it will show in video. Not just this camera but basically any with a CCD.

Yes, I'll see it sometimes depending on the angle of the reflection. I usually just reposition.

Oh okay, thank you that's a relief! My heart stopped when I saw it like OMG I hope I didn't break my camera. *exhales*

Yes - it's horrible looking when you first see it. Looks like the LCD blew a fuse.
