Default Using A Tripod / Monopod

When using a Tripod / Monopod would i turn the anti shake to "off" ?

Yes, when using a tripod you turn off the OIS.

If you use a monopod wouldn't it be better to leave the OIS in mode 2 (IS at picture snap) since there still is a bit of "wobble"?

Yes, that is also true. That is why I only spoke to the "tripod issue."
