I'm willing to bet that all this upgrade does, is correct the French spelling in version 1.0

Like I stated before I could not personally see anything different in the photos before and after...the upgrade did nothing to improve the FZ35...yes you can do it without any problems...

According to this French forum, the update improves color rendition, noise in light area's and image stability at 18x,

After what I read hear, I think I am not going in this update... I suppose there is no point. After all, there is not any panasonic, oficial, international announcement, right?alexander

I have to agree, unless it is released on the International Panasonic site, would not
even consider doing this update.
