Default FZ100 High Speed Movie, how do I set the shutter speed?

I have followed the manual that came with the camera on the FZ100 but cannot seem to get the high speed movie mode to work. Everything else seems to be fine and I think I've got it right, but it's not working.

You must turn the dial to SCN (Scene mode) and then select High Speed Movie (the last thumbnail)

Thanks so much. The manual seems to say that it's the Creative Film setting, which doesn't have that. And the min shutter speed always seems to be greyed out. The FZ100 has so many options that seem to affect other choices, I knew it must be something with the setting. Thanks again for the help. That worked.
