#1 is my favorite, for lighting and composition.

Thanks eysha, my typical settings are in P mode, contract +1, saturation +1, sharpness +1, noise reduction -1 (although LZT pointed out that lower saturation will improve image quality). I always use point focus, either spot or center meter, and ISO 100. As I said in your other post, LC-55 gets harder to use under limited light conditions. The #5 flower was in the shade and it took me several tries to get a sharp image (used ISO200). I didn't have a tripod and that would have helped.
