macro lens options for FZ35

I want to get closer than I can with the LC-55. Can someone tell me what my options are? I see that Raynox makes several, but which one? Is it the DCR-250, MSN-202, or MSN-505? Does anybody else make them? Thanks!!

I think the 150,250,202,505 all do the same thing - just in increasing strengths. The raynox website says the 505 will fill the image with something only 2mm across so I guess it depends if you really want to photograph things that small. As you magnify more, the DoF gets shallower as well which make it harder to work with.

I got the DCR-250 and it's about right for me. I've got an album of some of my macros on facebok here :

The first ones are with the FZ38 alone and the later ones from the spider onwards are with the DCR-250.

Thanks Martin. Does the DCR-250 fit on the standard Panasonic extension (adapter) tube?

If you have the standard DMW-LA3 then the Raynox comes with an adjustable (spring-loaded) mount into which you screw the DCR-250 into and then clip it into the DMW-LA3.

Word of caution - it's relatively easy to knock the spring loaded bits and drop the DCR-250 off the end of the camera if you're not careful.

Thanks Jim and Martin, I think it's too late to put it on my Christmas list, but my birthday is not too far...;)
