Default FZ40 Christmas at the Beach

My parents-in-law live right near a small beach; these are a few shots I took there the other day when I went for a walk with the FZ40:

Those are just absolutely stunning.

Do you have the settings for what you used for the photos?

They are all great, but in particular, I love 3, then 2.

Thanks all.

Katchit, they were all using P mode, and the camera had a UV filter and a CPL filter for some shots. Most used macro settings; maximum aperture (small f number) and maximum telephoto for minimum depth of field (out-of-focus background or foreground) and smaller aperture (larger f number) to keep everything in focus.

I think the EV was stopped down by 2/3 for most of them. Shutter speed would have been very fast given the bright mid-morning light.

Hope this helps.
