Yes, the lens performance on the FZ40 has been a really positive experience that I had not really been expecting.

Phenomenal clarity. Very sharp and nice colors. Great shot. The lens on the fz40 was one of the reasons I wanted it.

That Leica lens was one of the reasons I decided to get the FZ40. It produces very sharp photos for such a small piece of equipment.
