we're supposed to get 4-6 inches of "sand" in Georgia tonight, plus ice!!

Here is a few from same outing FZ100 Iso 100, Apature priority, F3.8 or F4

Still practicing. I also took my FZ20 The tiff images were terible and unusable.

Clint, I hope you got your woolies on. it was about 18 degrees when I took these as the "sand" crunched under my feet. But there wasn't any wind so it wasn't too bad.

Fantastic 'sandsycles' on the second to last. I am in a cold house, in a warm sweater, with a neck scarf wrapped around my head, it is 50 outside and 63 inside...must raise the temp a bit. Sitting at the computer does make one colder.
Doesn't even get near 18 degrees though.

edited to add I have been snow camping in twenty degree, not as cold as in the house at 50...

They say cold is just a state of mind.
Well i am going to get my speedo on ,and grab a towel and head down to the white beaches of PA. I got to find my taning lotion I wonder what SPF is good for 18 degrees? Huh Huh

Those are nice...I like it! Particularly the LX5 ones.
Thank you I have a lot to learn about both camera's I need to practice a lot. I like the Ltz gets with his Fz 100 , there are some others that also get fantastic shots with the LX5. I am pretty far from them at this point. But I plan to try to understand what each setting will do.
