Default Rainy evening at Blackburn wetlands...

It was a rainy evening today. I took this photos between 7.30-8.30pm. I think camera did a good job of capturing this very low light photos.
Bird shots were taken fully zoomed into 18x hand held (this realized me the value of a mono-pod, gonna buy one soon).

Very nice. The only way I get to see birds like that is in a pet shop....

These photos are from the camera or did you do any post proccessing (contrast, saturation, brightness etc)?a.

I used picasa to crop and tune the photos (lights, highlights and shadows). thats it...

Good series. #4 is a little soft on the focus, but over all very good indeed.

I really like the wide scenery shots of the lake. You did well with all of them considering the low light condition.
