I LOVE this one with the plants in the foreground. All of yours have really great colors. Did you PP? I typically don't use the sunset mode because I seem get better colors with straight setting. But I see that you are more successful than me! Nice job.

Thank you. No PP. I am only just getting the hang of the camera & uploading!! One step at a time please! I just spotted the sky, grabbed the camera & starting shooting as the colours deepened. I did take a few on P mode but these were the most successful. The plants are the tops of trees - as I live in a 3 storey house on a steep hill the tops of my neighbours trees are level with my bedroom windows - makes it interesting. I like your dark horizons/skylines with the silhouettes!

Thanks for the kind words. Don't think my pics are as dramatic as Saly's but I was pleased with the way the camera captured the colours. Weirdly it had not been a sunny day, until it started going down. Are you drying out yet in Brisbane? I was visiting there in 2000 & it was so sad to see the recent pictures of the floods.

Yeah, it's drying out but so many houses that need the insides rebuilt and are still without power etc. We have a friend staying with us - could be quite a while until her house is sorted.
