I used manual mode and most of them using between -1/3 -1 stop exposure compensation. I use manual mode as much as possible when shoot landscapes. Or if not manual it's usually AV mode.

They're all great shots, I like your use of objects in the foreground.

#2 is a great shot with or without the balloons. I like them in, it's something different.
