Default Pocket camera for backup suggestion--FX700 or ZS7

Pocket camera for backup suggestion--FX700 or ZS7
I'm looking at FX700 or FZ7 for a backup camera.
The comparometer sample pictures indoors are horrible for FX700 even at iso 100 when comapred to ZS7.
May be something wrong with the samples at imaging-resource.

However, steves-digicams site has decent sample pictures.
ZS7 has good zoom bt FX700 has wider lens (f2.2).
Which one may be a good backup camera?
Thanks for suggestions.

I looked at the Panasonic digicams for potential back-up status. However, the poor indoor performance of the Panasonic cameras, lead me to the Canon SD4000, which really does well with indoor photos and numerically increased ISO settings. I have posted an indoor photo sample that would be functionally not possible for Panasonic cameras such as the ZS7, and FX700.

Great details on the indoor shot.
I'll look at the SD4000 as well.
Thank you for advice.
