Default Snake !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Butlerís Garter Snake

Wife and I were picking up sticks in the yard last November on a very warm and sunny day (very unusual for that time of year) when I heard here squeal (always a sign to grab the camera). What she was reaching to pick up was not a stick but a Butlerís Garter Snake. He shimmied up an ash tree a little bit and let me take a few shots.

Beautiful! The background gives a 3D feel.

Joe - I told him the joke about the two water snakes in the bar.
