Default Mont St Michel

A few photos to give you an idea of the other side the famous Mt St Michel. You can walk all the way round but today the tide had gone out late so there was nothing but water, mud, and slippery surfaces ....... so I was forced to stop, snap, and enjoy the sun. Comments/advice welcome as per usual.

Default A Few More

The Mt St Michel is an excellent place for people watching as well, especially the coach park. A few portraits from today. Comments welcome.

Thanks Banksy - you should have seen the state of George!!! And I nearly went arse over a few times. The problem with the mud in the Mt St Michel bay is that it's sinking mud ........

Diane, this is a really cool place! Very nice shots. What is the coach park? What are those ladies doing, dancing?

Hi Saly - it's where all the tourist buses park, so everyone off-loads and stands and stares in awe of the site - great fun.

The girls were just darling. They were posing together for photos of each other and were doing different dance gestures. I was fascinated as they were all identical from their earings down to their boots. Some kind of school uniform I think - but they were lovely.
