Default Warclaw

The last day of the trip was in Warclaw where we had to fly back.
Not so much time in Warclaw but i think its a nice city with maybe some typical communist buildings but also amazing parks and old stuctures.

1. Shot in the car
\

2. During a stop in Poland

3. HDR of old structure in the same park

4. Detail from statue in the Cathedral

5.Tumski Bridge (to lock your love)

6. Drunk dwarf
(one of the dwarves thoughout the city, maybe above 150)

7. Colorful buildings in the main street

8. By the riverside ( uploaded also for the photo contest in the forum)

9. Going back to cloudy Finland

Wow, another terrific series. They are all great, but yes, #8 is special!

Good luck with shot 8 in the contest.

Shot 2 would be good in HDR I think..... any chance you can do it and post the results so we can learn the stages you went through?

Wow what a place, another excellent series. Shots 1, 5 (love the idea of the padlocks) & 8 are my faves. Thanks for sharing your holiday.

This is a tonemapped version of the original #2 its not looking too fake.
As i said in the other thread the settings are after trial and error and after some time you know how to control the image in the way you want it.
Thanks for the comments it was a lot of places in a short time, i am always glad to upload my photos here.

Thanks for taking the time to do the "tone mapping" Geoper2

After I left the message I to played with your image in some of the free HDR programs and got ok'ish results, easy to get negative (black = white, white = black) as the results.

Thanks for uploading images of your trip.

Thanks ! They are nice buildings but think that i need to raise my saturation from the settings in the camera. I raised it to 1 i will see if it works better.
I like number nine too very hard shot because i was not sitting next to the window :P
