Dyane,

very nice shots of a plant bug, but you know, you have to be careful with this bugs concerning their repellent which smells terrible.

Hi Stefan - I knew you would know what kind of bug this was - cheers and thanks for the comment and advice. He must have liked me as I picked him up and moved him a few times, and he did'nt stink me.

Very nice shots Diane! Great pose in #1 and colors and detail in #2. Which closeup lens did you use?

Yup, that's a stink bug.

Hi Saly - no add on lens, just macro mode. I have cropped the first shot, and the last 2 macro 1cm away - I was literally right in the poor critters face.
