Default Some deer shots

I saw a deer in the field across the road again. Being it was sunny I grabbed my camera and took some pictures through the door window. After watching the doe for a bit, it seems to be the same crippled doe I posted photos of a while back. She's hangin in there.

Aww, what a shame she couldn't get some veterinary treatment so her life won't be so harsh. Nice shots - I hope she mends okay.

Poor thing - but she seems to be in reasonably good shape. Winter is almost over so maybe she'll make it! Beautiful shots.....

Banksy - I once contacted animal control trying to get help for a fawn with a broken leg and they told me that the stress of being captured actually kills them! So it's best to leave them alone to heal naturally.
