Default FZ35 - evaluative vs center weighted metering for landscapes?

Hello again. Any recommendations on Center weighted vs Evaluative metering settings for landscape photos in the FZ35? Thanks again.

Typically, you don't want to use center meter for a wide landscape. But there are times that setting works to get the right exposure. For example, if you are someplace that has both strong shadow and bright sun, you may want to meter on a specific spot to get the right exposure overall. That is, if you meter off the shaded area, your sunny parts will be over-exposed. So metering would depend on your subject and location.

Thanks that is helpful. I'll leave it on the "multiple" or evaluative setting for most landscapes but keep in mind the uses of the center weighted setting. Thanks.
