Default Mom and Baby

This picture was taken yesterday with my FZ-100. It was not staged or planed. I was reviewing some other pictures that I had taken when I noticed my wife lean down to kiss my son's head. I then moved quickly to get this shot. It was taken in color (since it was a spur of the moment picture), and with some post processing I ended up with this shot. I think it is probably one of my best shots I have taken yet. So, let me know how y'all think I did with such short notice.

Beautiful shot. This is when your camera is worth its weight in gold. Have you tried cropping it a bit tighter to bring more emphasis to the baby and the kiss?

Saly, no that is the extent I have played with it. Did not have too much time to mess with it last night. Feel free to do what you can to it.

Thanks

These are the kind of shots that are my favorite. They capture a moment that is lost in video and every time you look at this kind of picture it revives that emotion in you that you felt when you took the photograph. Very nice.

Precious. A photo you will look back on in the years ahead - well done.
