Default Poppies & Forts

Again shot at the Fort de Salses. The site being closed for lunch actually did me a favour as otherwise I probably would not have wandered around outside.

I always find poppies so hard to shoot as everytime you arrive for the shot the wind gets up and away they go !! This is Year 2's attempt.

All shots taken in Macro mode ....... and mostly blind due to the glare on the screen or the lying down angle of the shot. Please do give me your comments and feedback.

Dyane,

I am happy, that you are back.
Very nice shots, I like especially #5 for the colors and the shadows.

Cheers,

Stefan

Really nice shots my favorite is the last one especially with the reflection of the sun on the lens and the colors i think it gives a different feeling!

Diane, you've been busy! Hadn't heard from you for a while and now I see it was worth the wait! I adore the very last shot, absolutely beautiful
