Really good job with the Raynox, Rafal, I know it's a hard lens to get it working.

It's made from thin black cardboard with aluminium foil glued to the inside. There is normally tissue paper taped over the front section to diffuse the light. I took this off so you could see the shape better.

I do all my shots handheld and am still able to focus stack easily. Most programs (eg. Zerene) will automatically allign them for you if the angles are slightly different.
