Default Drunk on Daisies

Didn't notice that the critter in the last shot had toppled over - but I like to think he was drunk on daisy nectar .......... think it was the wind though!! Last shot hand held with LC55 (cropped for posting), A Mode, all others with tripod. Let me know what you think if you have the time

Diane, these are really beautiful, love the warm colors, composition and DOF. I really hope that bee is OK, his leg looks broken...

Yes, I noticed his leg too, but in the couple of shots before this one he was happily zipping about and feeding his face. After this shot he nipped off quick so I think he is OK.

Nice DyaneG! Just need to work on the white to try and hold on to some detail.

Hi Everyone - and thanks as per usual for the constructive comments. Yes, I am still making mistakes with the exposure. I tend to get carried away trying to compose the shots and forget to sort out the lighting/over exposure. Mental note to self ...... must try harder

Nice shots Diane. White is so difficult to get the exposure right without blowouts. Love the contrast between the brilliant yellow and the white of the daisy and the drunken bee of course.
