Default FZ35 - Spring iris

The first blooms are just now appearing. While in my travels today, I found to places with blooms, one with only a few, another with many.

Below are a few from the series.

Two albums contain more shots, "A" set and "B" set, (hard to pick just five)

In set "B" there are a couple odd images of Columbine.

Most of these were done on P mode, some A mode (looking for short DOF), AutoISO, AutoWB. I think I have had best success with Area-1 focus. Of the 150 shots today of the Iris, none were out of focus. I did have trouble picking up the Columbine, however.

Always looking for suggestions to improve .... thanks.
