He was about 25 feet up in a tree sitting on a leaf.

I love the lighting on this image, it really is beautiful; not to mention getting such a great photo from that distance!

Probably not this week; it's raining, & forecast to continue raining for the rest of the week. In fact; just about every County in the State is flooding.

I saw a new wildflower that I wanted to photograph; but not only raining, but also 30 mph winds. So I'm living thru all of the beautiful photos posted here!

Nice shot, jj! It's amazing how similar he is to my "Western" Tiger Swallowtail!

I know Sally. I can't tell a difference when I looked at your shots. I do think that this is a male.
