Default May 24 Closeups - FZ35+LC55

Made a real quick visit to the botanical garden yesterday. I didn't really spend enough time to get very good results, but here's a few....including my first bumblebee ever (#5). They are quicker than honeybees!!

Gorgeous shots Saly, love No.2 - the simplicity of the composition is so striking and super. More please

Thanks Clint and catalex!

jj - I'm always running after bumblebees but they are soooo fast!!!

Diane and Rui - thanks, #2 is also my favorite, the pattern of lavender buds really caught my eye, then I found the group of red flowers to use as background and I think it was effective.

banksy - I bet #1 is your color, but if you look closely at #2, you can see mauve flowers peeking through!

Saly, now cut that out! You are making sure I have to purchase the LC55, arn't you? LOL!

All of fantastic, but #3 is my favorite; but it was difficult to name a favorite!
