Default Sunset - Another 1st Try

So please feel free to let me have your comments and advice on the following shots. Unfortunately I did not have anything interesting to put in the foreground, so I did struggle a bit.

Lovely! I really like the foreground focus on the leaves with the sunset a little out of focus.

I love #3; leaves are sharp, and I especially like the sunset glow on the leaves below the horizon!

The last photo is also really nice!

Beautiful shots Diane! Really hard to pick a favorite, last one is a real winner, but I also like #2, love the way the leaves are outlined in light and DOF has a wonderful 3D feel.

Wow... good series for first try.

I'm surprised at the shutter speed for the first 3 shots.... If you want a little criticism, I would have liked the sun to be not so bright in the picture... but if the camera was using 1/500 (first 2 shots) and 1/160 I'm not sure you could have reduced shutter speed.
