Default New Lumix LX5

Today I had to go to Lowes to pick up a few things, and I decided the garden department might present some photo opportunities- so I checked with the clerk, who cleared it with management, and I went and played with the E-PL2 and a Lumix LX5 I just got. These are the first real shots out of the Lumix LX5, other than playing around in my office at work. No touchups, just as out of the camera except resized.I was really amazed, right out of the box, sitting at my desk shooting a few pictures... I work in a very dimly lit room, adjacent to a radar room- and was still taking pictures of my knee with no flash! This little camera is really super.

A couple more. I've discovered that garden departments are a good place to practice/test cameras!

Thanks, Carol- These little Lumix's seem to be all that they say they are! I'm very pleased with the initial results from it.

Wes, really great shots, colors and details are terrific! If I had to pick one, I think #2 is my fav.
