Default Night Shots

Well what can I say, Backyard has pipped me to the post yet again ......... after being stuck at work for the last too many weeks, I decided to take the camera to work with me and stop on the way home for some night/long exposure practise. The shots are taken in the village of Ducey in Normandy, and the is called Montgomery Chateau. Even managed to get some light trails in!! All advice and feedback welcome.

Thanks Mick - you are my guru and inspiration for these type of shots. I was pleased that they came out OK. I dont seem to be able to achieve the kind of clarity that you get though, and all shots were taken on timer with tripod - any ideas??

Lovely shots, Diane!! Love the foggy look of the water, and the old building behind it is so beautiful, really great job.
