Default Shooting in B&W FZ38

Guys what's the quickest way to set up to take a B&W photo ?

shoot everything in color. then convert to black and white later.

its easy to make black and white out of color. but you can't go the other way, so give yourself the most options.

Would it look as natural like that ? Can't it be done with the camera ?

Yep, it can be set in the menu options

Not sure correct wording for your FZ, but in FZ45 it's in the 'color settings' menu

Hards80's idea of shooting in color then converting is good. PP and you can compare results
