Default Quick free RAW viewing programme

Can anyone recommend a free quick viewing RAW programme which i can delete the unwanted RAW files from but that has the exif data too please?
I am running vista and have a FZ38.
I have RAW viewing in windows oicture viewer but cannot delete unwanted photos and it has no exif date with it.

I have that and it is very slow for Raw so looking for something quicker and less frustrating.

get the Faststone -look no further.They have a free photo resizer as well and it is amazingly easy to use.

As wanaclick suggested, Faststone should work well for you Eysha, has some nice simple to use editing controls as well
