I was hoping to catch an image like this.. one of these days.. this morning was my chance. I did have to use Denoise to edit out alot of the noise. I used Ia for this... and it shot at 800 Iso. There is still some noise but not bad.

I went out last night to shoot the moon, but they still come out as white blobs behind the back round instead of a circle of the moon.... though it did turn out a bit better this time around even with the blob of white in the back round.

Still going through pics so will have some more up later this week or weekend.

Just a suggestion, but I would try a much lower ISO (like 100), on a tripod in P mode and let the shutter speed go way slow. You won't see much noise then, and the colors should come out nice.

It is still a nice shot though, nice atmosphere.

Nice and suggestive shot Beli! I agree with the suggestion of Saly for the noise reduction.

Odd, it's much darker on my work computer than what it is at home. Weird.. but I also uploaded it via uploader directly from my computer intead of flcker.. wonder if that's the reason?

I have one at 80(Ia mode).. let me find it when I get home from work tonight. I was able to force slow shutter speed on a few times on IA mode... which resulted in an ISO Of 80...like I said.. let me find it when I get home from work tonight.
