Default Question for BOB re: panasonic tele converter

Bob, do you have any timeline as to when the Panasonic tele convertor will be available in the US or Canada?
Thanks

I am using a TCON-17 with the Yoshida adapter and while it is a good alternative, I believe the Panasonic lens will probably produce a sharper picture, as the TCON is a little soft. Of course, as you mentioned Viper, there is a considerable cost difference. I may still pickup the Panasonic lens when it becomes available if the price is right. The lowest I've found it selling for in Japan is around $350.

Guerito

I'd guess that you're probably right on the money.

Viper, since none of us has one yet (as far as I can see) at best we're only guessing.

Since I'm not in Sales, I honestly don't keep track of the release date of accessories. Your best bet would be to drop an e mail to the support people at our company. If they don't have the answer, they can contact sales for you.

Jimmie, I assume that the B300 is a 1.7 teleconcerter but which one, i.e., who is the manufacturer?

Thanks.

Haven't seen Jimmie around today, so I hope he doesn't mind. The TCON-17 is the replacement to the Olympus B300. I really don't know what the difference is, they appear to be the same lens spec wise.
