Default FZ150 - Local Church In B&W

Well, i'm pretty dissapointed with myself TBH. Put an afternoon by to get out with the new camera and proceeded to take shots of all sorts, only to find when I got back to the car that i'd had macro mode on all day

Here's about the only salvagable one but only by turning it black and white, adjusting the lighting/contrast and just trying to make it moody

Lesson learned

Don't be too hard on yourself... We all make mistakes. I went out, not too terribly long ago, to take pictures of the night sky... Lens cap was on. DOH!!!

Not offended at all catalex54 - I did wonder if I should have kept it a bit brighter. Couldn't decide either way. You effort looks good.

And JeannieBug - you've made me feel better already

My father was on an overseas work trip and when he got back he asked me to take the film out of his camera for developing - problem was, he never had film in the camera in the first place!

Your moody photo is pretty cool.

Nice shot anyway. Screwing up an afternoon with the new camera beats screwing up a whole vacation or some such.
