Default Signs signs

old signs used as art.
Camera was Panasonic LX-5 Taken in program mode.

I found out your right it is a community based project.

Since 2002, Read Between The Signs has evolved into a participatory community-based public art project led by Arts & Environment Initiative Director and artist Amara Geffen.
