very nice pics gordy, the second one is beautiful. i'd love to see a portrait pic of the boat in its entirety including relection. that would be a great shot. hoping you took one or one uncropped maybe?

I do not have a pic of the full boat.

Some history; this boat was built in Quebec in 1914 and was used as a ferry on the St Lawrence river under the name of Le Progress. It was remodeled with wooden cladding to make it resemble a pirate ship and renamed Le Grande Hermine and was then used as a retaurant in Montreal. After that it was towed to Jordan and a fire in 2003 burned off most of the wood. And here it sits, rusting away.

My favorite is #1, even though some of the masts are not in the photo; it just really is a great shot. #2 is also; but for some reason I really like the first image!
