Default Butterfly Butt Shot

FZ150 in tele macro focus setting. A couple more on flickr. This is a Red Admiral on some kind of flowering fruit tree.

I love this one ! Very crisp and the colors are amazing, the blue on the background adds to the shot.

Excellent shot Steve. The environment that you captured the butterfly in really makes this one shine.

G'day Steve

The good ol "FZ150 in tele macro focus setting."

Excellent demo of one of the many features of this camera [and other UZ cameras] where the tele zoom can pick up small critters and show amazing details

You have done well - even if s/he didn't know which way to pose for you
Regards, Phil

Thanks everybody. Glad you enjoyed Mr or Mrs Admiral.

And Phil, I have sold a lot of people on FZ cameras by pushing that tele macro feature for dragonflies and butterflies over the years.
