Default missing home?

this little guy was sitting in his large enclosure, with a very solemn look on his face...
maybe missing the jungle, or simply missing his mate in the adjacent enclosure , who had their young Capuchin Monkey clutching her belly as she went about her daily business.
as well as these animals are cared for, a simple look like this makes me wonder are they're better off in their natural environment? i managed to out-focus the bars... i doubt he ever fails to see them...

but to lessen your woes, 2 mins later he was eating from a fruit bowl i'd have been proud to see on MY kitchen table!

Certainly seems to. Very well caught, John. The way jungles are disappearing, they seem to be better off in the zoo!
