Those are legs of some poor insect sticking out of his mouth (LC55+Raynox 250)

I thought 250 added to LC55 would deteriorate the quality, but you have proved that this can be done very well! Great macros Saly.

Fab u lous. Love #1 especially as it's my first sweat bee (and the mauve flower of course).
How do you get the damselflys to sit still???

Bansky - I do always think about you when I see these flowers! Damsels are tricky, most of the time they fly away as soon as I approach. Other times they will let me get right up close and sit in one spot for a long time! For these shots when I had the 2 conversion lenses stacked, I have to get within 2 inches (~5cm) and they often let me if I approach very slowly.

Nice shots all. I like chasing damselflies, but they are not yet flying by my house.
