thanks! i finally was able to dig through my darling daughter's (and i say that in the most loving mom way ) room and found her tripod to use.

lol what a difference a tripod makes eh mary! i wouldnt have had a chance if my tripod was in my daughter's room, unless i had an industrial metal detector and some quarry dinamite!

kids eh, dont you just love em!

great shot, the glow looks like it was an epic bright evening? and what an awesome colour!

thank you! ah, yes kids...mine's 22 and raring to get out of the house. it's time, she just doesn't have the $$ to make her own nest yet. until then...i'm borrowing her tripod...when i can find it.

and actually the moon was much prettier tonight (at least to me). it was almost blood red. i posted a few photos i took @ the nikon section of the forum.

When my stepson was still at home; his bedroom door was closed at all times! One would be lucky to find the bed, under all the rubble!
